Fellow colleague, Dr.Julie L\u00e9vesque-Taylor, nominated Dr. Fran\u00e7ois, since, according to her \u201dit is due to Dr. Fran\u00e7ois\u2019 initiatives that we have more doctors offering French-language services\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The art piece presented to Dr Jos\u00e9 Fran\u00e7ois is a work by Franco-Manitoban artist Roger Lafreni\u00e8re. The presentation of the Margaret-Teresa-McDonell Award took place at a reception November 1st, to open Sant\u00e9 en fran\u00e7ais\u2019 provincial Forum \u00c0 notre sant\u00e9\u2026 en fran\u00e7ais!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
