Despite obstacles that could have distanced him from his mother tongue, he remained steadfast. That determination led him, among other things, to serve as a volunteer on Sant\u00e9 en fran\u00e7ais\u2019s Board of Directors for nearly ten years. His commitment was driven solely by his deep attachment to the French language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sant\u00e9 en fran\u00e7ais would like to thank James Ryan for his commitment to the organization.
