Conducted by RDÉE Canada in collaboration with Société Santé en français (SSF), this study examines workforce challenges affecting health care occupations in francophone and Acadian minority communities. Drawing on recent data, pan-Canadian consultations and more than 200 documentary sources, it provides an overview of the current situation, identifies the main barriers and makes recommendations to improve access to French-language health services across Canada.
