The Société Santé en français (SSF) recently sat down with Natalie Gagné for an interview highlighting her professional journey, her commitment to Manitoba’s Francophone community, and her many contributions to the development of French-language health services in Manitoba.
Having witnessed the early years of the French-language health movement in Manitoba, when the organization was known as the Conseil communauté en santé, Natalie is particularly proud of the progress that has been made since its inception. For her, building strong partnerships with stakeholders across the health care system is a key step toward improving access to French-language services.
Learn how Natalie also played a vital role while serving as the organization’s Interim Executive Director, all while continuing to fulfill her regular responsibilities. This demanding experience reinforced for her the importance of teamwork, partner support, and collaboration throughout the Santé en français network.
Guided by her commitment to the well-being of Manitoba’s Francophone community, Natalie continues to dedicate her expertise and passion to advancing French-language health services and strengthening Francophone communities across the province.
